BOOKING POLICY

The Fine Print (Don't Worry... It's Nothing Scary!)

We know no one likes talking about cancellation policies, and honestly, neither do we! We'd much rather be talking about glowing skin, beautiful brows and helping you relax.

Because we're a small, family-run business, every appointment reserved is time set aside especially for you. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments are very difficult to fill and directly impact our team and our families. Your understanding helps us continue doing what we love while providing the beautiful experience you deserve.

To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required for all appointments.

Need to reschedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we'll happily transfer your deposit to your new booking.

Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as this reserved time is rarely able to be filled at short notice.

No-shows (including cancellations on the morning of, the night before or on the day of your appointment) will also incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 24-hour notice period, your deposit can either remain as a credit on your account for your next visit or be refunded upon request.
