To ensure we can provide the best care to all our clients, we now requires a 25% deposit for all booked services. This helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures appointment availability for those who need it.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. 

Late changes or cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

Failure to attend your appointment (No Show) will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. This includes cancelling on the morning, the night before or same day as your appointment.

For appointments requiring a deposit:
If you cancel or reschedule outside the 24-hour window, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account, or we can process a refund upon request.

Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment.
